Benjamin S. Lin


Benjamin Lin focuses his practice on patent litigation in federal courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission.  He joined Cooley after clerking for the Honorable Raymond T. Chen, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Before that, he served as the Patent Pilot Program Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where he provided focused support on patent cases pending before the Honorable S. James Otero, James V. Selna, Andrew J. Guilford, George H. Wu, John A. Kronstadt, and Beverly Reid O’Connell.
