Ben Clark focuses his practice in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits. He frequently advises clients regarding the tax rules related to deferred compensation and parachute payments. He also regularly advises clients on the negotiation, design, implementation and termination of compensation and benefits arrangements, including executive employment and severance agreements; retention, severance and change-in-control plans; cash and equity-based incentive programs and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
