• PerformLine, a provider of a cloud-based, multichannel sales and marketing compliance platform for the banking, mortgage, insurance and financial services industries to monitor enterprise communication channels for regulatory and brand compliance and improve reporting and issue remediation workflows.
• Leading2Lean, a provider of a cloud-based digital workflow platform for discrete manufacturers that enables factories to implement more efficient production and maintenance processes.
• Yapi, a provider of a communication and patient engagement platform for dental offices that streamlines front office and marketing workflows, automates appointment reminders and digitizes paper-based forms such as patient consents.

Cooley advised AccountantsWorld, a pioneer in cloud solutions for accountants in North America, on its sale to IRIS Software Group, a leading global software provider of accountancy solutions. Claudia Torres led the Cooley team advising AccountantsWorld.

Cooley advised ZOLL Medical, a company that manufactures medical devices and related software solutions, on its definitive agreement to acquire publicly traded medical technology company Itamar Medical.
