Washington, DC – January 3, 2019 – Cooley advised Zymergen on patent prosecution and IP diligence matters surrounding its $400 million Series C funding led by returning investor SoftBank Vision Fund. The deal is the largest round of funding for a US-based startup operating upstream in the food and agriculture supply chain.
