Justin’s Sells to Hormel for $286 Million

Colorado – May 23, 2016 – Cooley advised nut butter company Justin’s on its sale to Hormel Foods for $286 million. Justin's will operate as a subsidiary of Hormel's grocery products segment and remain headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
