Live in Palo Alto, CA and also presented via webcast

If your company has, may have or is considering a business relationship with the federal government, then this program is for you. What is considered a “government contract” for compliance purposes may surprise you. Government contractors have special Affirmative Action employment obligations that other employers don’t. We will give you an introduction to government contracting, including how to determine if your relationship with the federal government is a “government contract,” what obligation you have as a result and what happens when the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (“OFCCP”) audits employers.
