Cooley represented Remiges Ventures, a  venture capital firm specializing in early stage investments in biotechnology, life science and startups, as lead investors in their $30 million Series A financing of Tranquis Therapeutics, a private immuno-neurology company.

Cooley advised Artiva Biotherapeutics, an oncology company focused on developing and commercializing allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapies, on its launch with a close of a $78 million Series A financing.

The team advising Artiva on the financing included Julie Robinson, Phil McGill, Greg Brown and Alla Kagan, with CFIUS review by Chris Kimball. The team advising Artiva on the licensing matters included Kay Chandler and Sunny Chang.

Kyriba, the global leader in cloud treasury and finance solutions, announced that it is in advanced talks with Bridgepoint, an international private equity group focused on investing in market-leading businesses, to receive a $160 M investment round to accelerate innovation and growth of its enterprise platform.
