Rachel Losk, Associate

Rachel Losk is an associate in the Emerging Companies practice group and a member of the Cooley Business Department. She joined the Firm in 2007 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Ms. Losk has a general business and corporate law practice, representing emerging companies, public companies and venture capital clients in the Clean Tech, Biotechnology, Media, and Communications industries.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Losk practiced international corporate law with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt and Mosle LLP in New York, where she represented clients in international and cross-board mergers and acquisitions and in obtaining antitrust approval in the United States and foreign jurisdictions.

Ms. Losk graduated with a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004 and with a B.A. in English from Wellesley College in 2000.

Ms. Losk is admitted to practice in California and New York.

Ms. Losk is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Hebrew and Portuguese.
