Rachel Kane is an associate in the Firm's Litigation department. Ms. Kane joined Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP in 2002, which was merged into Cooley Godward Kronish LLP in 2006. She is resident in the New York office.
Ms. Kane's practice includes complex commercial, securities, constitutional and intellectual property litigation and white-collar criminal defense. She is also actively involved in Pro Bono matters.
Ms. Kane received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2002, graduating cum laude. Ms. Kane received her B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University in 1998.
Ms. Kane is a member of the New York State Bar and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
