Cooley advised Holmusk on its $45 million Series B financing. Partners Ferish Patel and Patrick Loofbourrow led the Cooley team advising Holmusk, a global behavioral health and data analytics company developing a technology designed to support treatment of mental health and chronic diseases.

Cooley advised NayaPay, a Pakistan-based fintech platform, on its $13 million seed funding round, which is one of the largest seed rounds in South Asia. Partner Ferish Patel led the Cooley team advising NayaPay.

Cooley advised Next Gen Foods, a food-tech startup developing and commercializing innovative and sustainable plant-based food products, on its $100 million Series A funding, which is the largest Series A to date for a plant-based meat company. Lawyers Ferish Patel and Gwenlynne Lee led the Cooley team advising Next Gen Foods, which also included Chris Coulter, Aaron Pomeroy, Susan Choy, Xinwei Li, Hannah Loo, Michael Marietta, Jon Beh and Sanat Deshpande.

Cooley advised Freshworks, a leading software company empowering businesses to delight their customers and employees, on its $1.1286 billion initial public offering of shares of Class A common stock.
