Nora Go is an associate in the Emerging Companies practice group and a member of the Cooley Business department. She joined the Firm in 2008 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Ms. Go practices general securities and corporate law, representing both emerging and public companies, as well as investors in a variety of matters that include venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC reporting and compliance.
Ms. Go received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. She received a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Go is admitted to practice law in California, and is a member of the State Bar of California
