Cooley advised underwriters on Ping Identity’s $187.5 million initial public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock. Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets and Citigroup acted as lead bookrunning managers for the offering. Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities and Wells Fargo Securities acted as book-running managers. Raymond James, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, William Blair, Mizuho Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as co-managers for the offering. Ping Identity’s securities now trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PING.” Partners Eric Jensen, Matt Dubofsky and Michael Platt led the Cooley team.
