Lauren Treadwell is an associate in the Venture Capital practice group and a member of Cooley's Business department. She joined the Firm in 2007 and is resident in the San Francisco office.
Ms. Treadwell's practice is concentrated in the formation and representation of investment funds, including venture capital, buyout and hedge funds.
Ms. Treadwell obtained her law degree cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was Senior Notes editor of the Hastings Law Journal. She received a B.A. in Psychology from Agnes Scott College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Between College and Law School, Ms. Treadwell worked for a global logistics supply chain SaaS startup.
Ms. Treadwell is a member of the California state bar.
