Kathleen Thomas is an associate in the tax practice group. She joined the firm in 2007 and is resident in the New York office.
Prior to joining Cooley Godward & Kronish LLP, Ms. Thomas was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
Ms. Thomas received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2005, where she graduated cum laude and was named a Robert McKay Scholar. While at New York University, she was a staff editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. She graduated summa cum laude from the College of William and Mary in 2001, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and earned a B.S. in Mathematics.
Ms. Thomas is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
