Jeffrey Norberg is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation and the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising practice groups, and a member of the Cooley Litigation department. He joined the Firm in 2005 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Mr. Norberg's practice focuses on the areas of patent and trademark litigation serving the high-tech industry. He has litigated cases in both federal and state courts on behalf of high-tech manufacturing companies, videogame publishers, a pharmaceutical company, a magazine publisher and a professional sports franchise.
Prior to joining Cooley, Mr. Norberg was an associate at Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin in San Francisco. He received his J.D., cum laude, in 2001 from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon in 1995, where he received a B.A. in Japanese.
Mr. Norberg is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
