We have frequently litigated these issues under the major statutes addressing Internet commerce—including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Communications Decency Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act—as well as under copyright, trademark, patent and unfair competition laws as applied to Internet activities.
