Whether you are a “pre-public” company about to go on the road for the first time or whether you are a “seasoned” public company about to embark on a secondary offering or an investors’ communication trip, companies must effectively communicate on the “road show.” This seminar will help CEOs and CFOs learn the fundamentals of what it takes to have a successful road show—how to handle the tough questions and how to tell your story. Attendees will gain invaluable information about what it takes to be effective while on the road show.

Topics for this event include:

  • Lessons from the trenches—what is a road show and what to expect from it
  • How should you prepare—hear from corporate America’s top presentation coach, Jerry Weisman, what you should be doing
  • How do you gauge success—lessons learned from experienced management and seasoned investment bankers
