Eric Reicher, Associate

Eric Reicher is an associate in the Employment and Labor practice group and a member of the firm's Litigation Department.  He joined the firm in 2009 and is resident in the Washington, DC office.

Mr. Reicher represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on trade secret, restrictive covenant, whistleblower, and discrimination claims and issues.  He also counsels government contractors concerning compliance with OFCCP and other employment-related obligations applicable to them, and represents them in enforcement proceedings before OFCCP.  Mr. Reicher represents employers in lawsuits filed in federal and state court and before government agencies and departments such as the EEOC, DOL and state EEO and unemployment commissions.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reicher was a litigation associate for more than four years at the law firm of Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, DC.  Immediately following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan Oki Mollway of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.

Mr. Reicher received his J.D. from Harvard Law School where he graduated magna cum laude.  Mr. Reicher received an A.B. in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University where he graduated summa cum laude and received the Woodrow Wilson School Senior Thesis Prize and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Reicher is a member of the State Bars of the District of Columbia, New York, and New Jersey and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of Columbia, Maryland, and New Jersey.  He is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association and the D.C. Bar Association.
