Eric Dixon is an associate in Cooley's Business department. He joined the Firm in 2010 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Mr. Dixon practices general business and corporate law, representing emerging and public companies in a variety of matters, including venture capital financings, initial public offerings, and SEC reporting and compliance. He is also active in the Firm's Clean Energy and Technologies group.
He received a J.D. in 2009 from the UCLA School of Law, where he served as Development Manager for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Prior to and during law school, Mr. Dixon held internship positions with a wide variety of organizations including the Center for International Environmental Law, the NYSE Regulation Division of Enforcement, and the California Court of Appeal. In 2004, Mr. Dixon received a B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University.
Mr. Dixon is a member of the State Bar of California.
