Cooley advised Abivax, a clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing therapeutics that harness the body’s natural regulatory mechanisms to modulate the immune response in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases, on its $235.8 million initial public offering.

Cooley advised the underwriters in Merus’ $172.5 million follow-on offering. Jefferies, BofA Securities, Guggenheim Securities and William Blair acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Merus is a clinical-stage oncology company developing innovative, full-length human bispecific and trispecific antibody therapeutics, referred to as Multiclonics.
