Christopher Minunni is an associate in the Cooley Business department. He joined the Firm in 2007 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Mr. Minunni practices general business and corporate law, representing both emerging and public companies in a variety of matters, including venture capital financings, initial public offerings, and SEC reporting and compliance.
Mr. Minunni received a J.D. in 2007 from Columbia University School of Law, where he served as editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. In 2003, Mr. Minunni received a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.
Mr. Minunni is a member of the State Bar of California.
