Brian R. Finrow is an associate in the Cooley Business department and a member of the Emerging Companies practice group. He joined the Firm in 2008 and is resident in the Seattle office.
Mr. Finrow has a corporate and securities law practice representing emerging growth technology companies and venture capital firms. His practice includes venture capital financings, initial public offerings, technology licensing, corporate partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and general counseling to start-up companies.
Prior to law school Mr. Finrow served as a legislative assistant in the Washington State Legislature, where he worked on land use issues.
Mr. Finrow earned his J.D, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He was a dual major at Harding University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Public Administration.
Mr. Finrow is admitted to practice in Washington State and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
