One Hundred and ten Cooley LLP attorneys were recognized in the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, a leading peer-review survey of the legal profession. Forty-four Cooley attorneys were recognized in multiple practice categories, including 14 who were honored in four or more practice areas and 16 in at least three practice areas. Craig Dauchy, Eric Jensen and Charlie Kim were named to the "Top 100" list.

The Daily Journal recognized URS Corp.'s acquisition by AECOM as one of the "Ten Largest M&A Transactions of 2014." The TriNet Group, Inc., Castlight Health Inc. and IPOs were also recognized as three of the "Ten Largest IPOs of 2014."

Cooley's Colorado office was named to the Denver Post 's "Top Workplaces" list.

Cooley was regarded as a top-five "highly commended" firm in the Business of Law category by the Financial Times' Innovative Lawyers Report.

Cooley was named one of FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For."

The antitrust practice was recognized by the Global Competition Review. Howard Morse, Marc Schildkraut and Jackie Grise were also cited as "highly regarded."

Cooley received the award for Best USA IP Firm in the Trademark category at the 2014 International Legal Alliance Summit Awards.

Cooley was named to the "IAM Patent 1000" as a top law firm for patent litigation, patent prosecution and patent transactions in California, Colorado, DC Metro Area and Washington. Additionally, sixteen Cooley attorneys were individually recognized as leading patent law practitioners.

Jessica Valenzuela Santamaria, Dr. Sandra Brown and Nikki Pope were named to the second annual "Hot List."

Cooley's privacy practice group was named "Privacy Practice Group of the Year" for the second time in three years.
