California law (AB 1825) mandates at least two hours of supervisor training on sexual harassment prevention at companies with 50 or more employees. For some companies, on-site training is expensive, especially if the company has only a limited number of supervisors.

Cooley will be hosting training at our offices in an effort to provide "catch-up" training for newly promoted supervisors and for those who may have missed past training sessions. We invite you to send supervisors in need of training to one of these programs.

Like our client-site training sessions, this cost-effective seminar is designed to help you meet all the new legal requirements.

FEATURES

  • Interactive discussions — designed to engage employees, facilitate participation and enhance retention of the material
  • Credentialed trainers — experienced attorneys with expertise in sexual harassment law
  • Broad subject matter — federal and state law guidance; information on preventing and correcting harassment and related discrimination
  • Practical examples — scenarios identifying typical "problem" situations

COST

$200 per attendee. Invoices will be sent following completion of the seminar. Questions? Please send a note to Anne Kan.
