Cooley Named 2010 Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year

Managing Intellectual Property, a leading international IP publication. The firm was also presented the "Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year" award in the western U.S. regional category.
The award was presented at the publication's annual North American Awards dinner in Washington, D.C., which recognizes the leading firms in the United States and Canada for their patent, trademark, and copyright work.
