Wade W. Andrews is an associate in the Firm's Business department. He joined the Firm in 2010 and is a resident in the San Diego office. His practice focuses on general corporate law.
In 2009, Mr. Andrews received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He was a recipient of CALI awards for Insurance Law, California Civil Procedure, and Federal Income Taxation. Mr. Andrews was also a member of the Hastings Law Journal.
Mr. Andrews is a member of the State Bar of California.
