Partner Elected VP of Public Affairs for Turnaround Management Association (National Law Journal)

Cooley Godward Kronish (Palo Alto, Calif.): Ronald Sussman, a partner in the firm's bankruptcy and restructuring practice in New York, was elected vice president of public affairs for the Turnaround Management Association. Sussman will serve a one-year term starting Jan. 1, 2010, at the international nonprofit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management.
