Cooley Wins Breach of Contract Case for E*TRADE (The AmLaw Litigation Daily)

Douglas Lobel successfully represented E*TRADE in a breach-of-contract and accounting fraud case against Deutsche Bank AG. A federal district court judge awarded E*TRADE nearly $18 million in damages and interest. Deutsche Bank was also ordered to pay E*TRADE's attorney fees.
