Cooley Attorney Recognized as Leading Lawyer in California
Palo Alto, Calif. – October 2, 2007 – Cooley Godward Kronish partner Bill Grauer was recently honored as a leading attorney in California in The Daily Journal's Top 100 list for 2007.
Grauer, a litigation partner resident in the Firm's San Diego office, was selected for his work before the U.S. Supreme Court and the California Supreme Court on behalf of PacifiCare Health Systems in two of the largest class actions in U.S. history. Also highlighted was his lead role on a national committee for the largest consolidated securities class action which challenges alleged practices in IPO underwriting, and other major securities litigations.
