"Bankruptcy Law Litigation" Touts Recent Kronish Lieb Victory in Enron Case

The April 2005 edition of "Bankruptcy Law Litigation " touts a recent Kronish Lieb victory in the Enron case under the banner headline, “Judges won’t expand due process to accommodate Enron Execs.” The article cites the bankruptcy court’s denial of motions to dismiss filed by two former “top hat” Enron executives who are being prosecuted by a Kronish bankruptcy litigation team to recover Accelerated Deferred Compensation payments being challenged as preferential and fraudulent transfers.

Kronish Lieb has been representing the official Employment Related Issues Committee in an array of Bankruptcy Court approved matters effecting the interests of Employees hurt by the Enron bankruptcy filing since the Committee’s formation by the Office of the United States Trustee in April 2002 to the present.

The Kronish Lieb team is led by partners
Ronald R. Sussman and James A. Beldner with associates Gregory G. Plotko, Nicholas Smithberg and Seth Van Aalten in support.
